This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing Team Leader or Supervisor to join a growing business supplying safety-critical components to the aerospace, automotive, defence and medical sectors. The Role You''ll be responsible for leading a team of setters and operators within a busy press shop environment, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Supervising and motivating production teams Delivering output, quality and OEE targets Coordinating tool changes and production schedules Driving continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and SMED Ensuring compliance with health and safety and quality standards Managing performance, training and development within your team The Candidate Previous supervisory experience within manufacturing, metal stamping, press shop or similar production environments Strong understanding of production KPIs, quality and continuous improvement Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Confident communicator with a hands-on management style Knowledge of power presses and tooling processes would be highly advantageous What''s On Offer Competitive salary Permanent, full-time position (39 hours per week) Pension scheme Life assurance Employee Assistance Programme
