We have a mixture of 1:1 and 2:1 packages, with both hourly and live-in opportunities available. Some packages are gender-specific and others are not. Previous professional complex-care experience is essential. We''re looking for confident, compassionate care professionals with experience supporting clients with complex needs. Depending on the package, competencies may include: PEG feeding Medication administration Catheter care Epilepsy and seizure management Tracheostomy care Ventilation and oxygen therapy Suction Challenging behaviour Learning Disabilty Moving and handling Personal care You don''t need to have every competency listed.
