Support Team Leader / Service Manager Supported Living - Adults Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Complex Needs 9 Bed Supported Living over two supports Leeds, United Kingdom (LS26 and LS15) Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week We are recruiting for an experienced Support Team Leader / Service Manager to oversee a 6 bed supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and some physical disabilities. This is a fully staffed, well-established service, and we are seeking a true leader - not just a manager. The Role As Support Team Leader / Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership and development of the service. You will lead, support and inspire a team of support staff to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care while ensuring full regulatory compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and motivate a team of support staffProvide effective supervision, guidance and support to ensure high-quality care deliveryOversee recruitment, induction, training and ongoing staff developmentEnsure compliance with CQC standards, policies and proceduresBuild positive, professional relationships with individuals we support, their families and external professionalsMonitor and review care plans, risk assessments and support strategiesWork collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholdersManage budgets, resources and administrative responsibilities efficiently Essential
