Support Coordinator We''re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individual to join the Stroke Recovery Service across Birmingham and Solihull. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke. Position: S11327 Stroke Support Coordinator Location: Home-based, Birmingham and Solihull. However, regular travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings and other work-related meetings) Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week Salary: Circa £16,400 per annum (FTE circa £27,435 per annum) Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2026. Services are contracted.
