This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced credit professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong customer relationships.The RoleAs a Credit Controller, you''ll play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring payments are received in line with agreed terms, and reducing outstanding debt. You''ll work closely with both customers and internal teams to maintain accurate records and resolve queries efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct credit checks for new and existing customersManage the aged debtor ledger and collect outstanding balances against targetsMaintain regular contact with customers via phone and emailInvestigate and resolve account queries in a timely mannerLiaise with internal teams to ensure accurate customer records and billing informationRaise invoices and credit notes, including any necessary adjustmentsUpload invoices to customer portals and resolve portal-related issuesSupport customers with payment processes (bank details, payment links, card payments)Post and allocate receipts within the finance system and assist with refundsIdentify and escalate high-risk accounts where necessarySupport wider finance tasks on an ad hoc basisAbout YouExperienced in credit control or accounts receivableComfortable ..... full job details .....
