Key Skills and ExperienceCustomer CRM: Proven experience in implementing and managing Customer Relationship Management systems.Ideally you have experience in the retail sector.Salesforce experience specifically with Service Cloud.Service Cloud: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including setup, configuration, and optimization.Knowledge of TOGAF You must be a team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
