You will provide intensive support to adults with complex needs who are further away from employment or training by using a strength-based approach, ensuring those accessing the programme receive appropriate practical and emotional support by visiting them at home or in the community. The LifeSkills programme supports individuals and families to build their confidence, social networks, financial and employability skills.
