Due to ongoing business transformation and continued organisational change, an opportunity has arisen for a confident HR professional to join the team on a temporary basis for 6 months initially, with a strong possibility of extension to 12 months. Your New Role Reporting in to the UK HR Team Lead, you will become part of a close-knit HR function supporting employees across the UK business. This role will focus on delivering a high-quality HR operational service across the full employee life-cycle.This is a broad generalist role with a strong emphasis on HR operations. Key responsibilities will include: Managing all aspects of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding Processing and maintaining accurate employee data within the HR system Supporting payroll administration by coordinating employee changes with the Payroll Manager Assisting with annual HR activities including salary reviews, merit increases and bonus processes Managing holiday entitlement changes and long-service recognition processes Ensuring HR records remain accurate, ..... full job details .....
