We’re working with a long-standing London developer with a strong track record in commercial, mixed-use, and residential schemes. They have a busy pipeline of projects in West London and are now looking to strengthen their delivery team.The Role

They’re seeking a Site Manager who is ready to step up, or an established Senior Site Manager, to take ownership of upcoming refurb, mixed-use, and residential projects. The role offers real scope for progression as the project load continues to grow.Key Duties

Oversee day-to-day site operationsManage subcontractors and direct staffDeliver projects to programme, budget and quality standardsReport regularly to senior managementThe Candidate
