You will play a key role in shaping school improvement, driving educational excellence, and promoting a culture of high expectations and continuous development. You will lead the coordination and evaluation of the curriculum, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of students and supports outstanding progress. Working closely with education, care and clinical colleagues, you will champion a multidisciplinary approach to supporting students with complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. The role also involves leading on positive behaviour support, monitoring student progress, and ensuring individual plans and interventions are implemented effectively.
