National Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and oversee my clients nationwide fund raising operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field sales, a proven track record in managing large sales teams, and the ability to drive revenue growth. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and strong relationship-building skills to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management and forecasting.Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30 +field sales representatives across multiple regions.Provide coaching, training, and development programs to enhance sales team capabilities.Foster a high-performance sales culture, ensuring motivation and accountability.Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and strategy sessions. Customer and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.Negotiate high-value contracts and pricing agreements with major accounts.
