You''ll play a key role in coordinating international shipments, liaising with customers, airlines, overseas agents and transport providers to ensure freight moves efficiently whilst maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards.Key Responsibilities of a Logistics CoordinatorManage Air Import and Air Export shipments from start to finish.Coordinate shipments from initial booking through to final delivery or departure.Arrange airline bookings, collections, deliveries and transport requirements.Prepare and process shipping documentation, including MAWBs, HAWBs, commercial invoices and customs paperwork.Complete and process import and export customs entries accurately where required.Liaise with customers, airlines, overseas agents, hauliers, handling agents and internal teams.Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive updates to customers.Resolve operational issues, delays and customer queries efficiently.Ensure all shipments comply with relevant customs, airline and company procedures.Maintain accurate operational records, complete job ..... full job details .....
