Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. Attend training sessions to enhance skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices.Experience in social care or working with individuals with autism is desirable but not essential. A caring, patient, and reliable attitude is required, along with good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team, adhering to our values of Understand, Empower, and Aspire.
