SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: LeicesterStart Date: ASAPFull-Time and long-term role (term time only)Working hours: 8.30am-4pm Hays is in partnership with an Ofsted ''Good'' Sixth Form College located in Leicester. They are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a range of additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH difficulties. Your role: Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD and social, emotional and mental health difficulties.Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored interventions.Use creativity, patience, and empathy to help students build confidence and independence.Foster positive relationships and help create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
