Location: Static site, Central London. Hours: Continental 7am - 7pm DAYS ONLY Salary: £48,000 per annum + optional overtime. Key Responsibilities: PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and building services.Maintaining and servicing pumps, motors, and other mechanical plant.Fault-finding and repairs.Ensure HandS compliance.Liaising with a nd aist and contractors on-site.
