Site Supervisor – Demolition
Castleford

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a large-scale demolition project involving the demolition of commercial offices in Castleford.
Starting in August 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person, with 6+ months of work available.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 4:30pm

Rate:
Negotiable, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising demolition works on site.
• Managing our direct workforce and subcontractors.
• Ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
•  Completing weekly site paperwork, including timesheets and order sheets
• Maintaining health & safety standards and site compliance.
• Liaising with the site team and ensuring work progresses to programme.

Requirements:

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Previous experience supervising demolition projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage site paperwork and workforce effectively
