The company is a multi-million pound turnover business with 50 years of operation, working on high-end commercial and domestic properties throughout the UK.This role will cover sites across the London and South East region and is joining a growing health and safety team.Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:Working with the health and safety team and senior management, ensuring the health and safety management system is implemented successfullyVisiting sites, auditing health and safety performance and acting as the key point of contact on health and safetyAccurately reporting on health and safety performance and communicating this across the organisationInvestigating major accidents and incidentsThe successful Health and Safety Manager will have:Proven experience in a similar health and safety position ideally within construction, utilities, or civil engineering Experience managing health and safety on sitesNEBOSH General (or equivalent)A pragmatic approach to safety and the ability to engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholdersFor further information contact James Howard at or on (phone number removed) or apply here.
