An established national Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Facilities Services provider Job Details Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work as part of a team on a commercial healthcare contract covering an area encompassing the M4 Corridor (Swindon to Slough and north to Oxford / Aylesbury. Duties: To carry out Electrical Services, Planned Maintenance (PPMs), Reactive works MandE repairs and able to carry out minor basic fabric repairs.Accountabilities PPM in adherence to set engineering standards, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act requirement, company safety procedures and contract specification. Respond to Reactive Works to include all Mechanical and Electrical and minor fabric issues. Adhere to the out of hours call out rota (as required). Correct and timely completion of paperwork according to company policy and procedure. Provide engineering condition reports and quotations. Logbook auditing.Skills / Training Demonstrate competence in all areas of Electrical trade (with valid certification) Electrical: Competent Fault finding; 18th Edition, CandG 2330 levels 2 and 3, NVQ levels 2and3 CandG 2391 Test and Inspection, PAT testing; electrical servicing; basic controls Understanding of the principals; basic fault finding; condensate pump changing and filter cleaning Desirable: Minor building/fabric items; controls/hydraulics/pneumatics as requested when necessary Understanding of building fabric: basic carpentry (door hanging, shelf erecting etc)
