You''ll provide a combination of secretarial, PA and administrative support, while also acting as a mentor to junior secretaries and helping to ensure the smooth running of the department. Duties to include:File opening, billing, file closing and document formattingManaging diaries, arranging meetings, booking travel and coordinating conference callsPreparing and formatting legal documents to the firm''s house styleActing as a first point of contact for clientsSupporting junior Secretaries, offering guidance and assistance with workloadsAssisting with billing, drafting invoices and supporting the management of WIP and outstanding debtPreparing Court bundles, client bibles and other legal documentationMaintaining electronic and paper filing systemsThis Senior Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday
