Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for a new challenge in a supportive and professional environment? We are a well-established payroll bureau in Brighton, and we''re seeking a motivated Payroll Administrator to join our growing team.

What you''ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK legislation, HMRC, and pension auto-enrolment.
• Handling client queries promptly and professionally.
• Processing statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.).
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous improvements in processes.

What we''re looking for:

• Previous experience in a payroll role (bureau experience is desirable but not essential).
• Good knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build positive client relationships.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
