The Role

As General Manager, you''ll take ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the business.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing the team

• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance

• Delivering excellent customer service

• Managing stock, rotas, administration and compliance

• Maintaining high standards across the store

• Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business

About You

You''ll also have:

• Proven people management experience
