You will play a key role in monitoring live schemes, managing borrower relationships, identifying and mitigating risks, and supporting successful project delivery and loan exits.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and Refurbishment MonitoringReview and approve drawdown requests on active development and refurbishment schemes.Assess project progress, cost-to-complete positions, variations, delays, and monitoring surveyor reports.Identify emerging risks and provide structured mitigation recommendations.Ensure projects remain on track in terms of budget, programme, and viability.Pre-Funding Technical AssessmentReview proposed development and refurbishment projects prior to funding.Assess scope of works, cost plans, programmes, specifications, drawings, warranties, and insurance arrangements.Identify buildability ..... full job details .....
