Business Architect - £700 per day - 6 Month ContractRate: Up to £700 per dayIR35: InsideLocation: Hybrid - LondonClearance: SC ClearedThe Role:A leading Central Government organisation is seeking an experienced Business Architect to support business transformation, operating model design and strategic change initiatives.You will work across strategic and operational teams to shape future-state capabilities, identify organisational gaps and develop practical roadmaps that enable successful transformation.Experience and Requirements:Strong experience developing and supporting Target Operating Models (TOMs) and future-state operating models.Proven experience in business architecture, capability mapping, value streams and strategic roadmaps.Strong analytical skills, with experience identifying capability, process and organisational gaps.Ability to translate complex business information into clear, structured recommendations.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders across strategic and operational levels.Experience supporting business transformation and digital change programmes.Strong understanding of business impacts, risks, dependencies and transition planning.Ability to develop and embed business architecture principles, standards and best practice.Central Government, Public Sector or regulated environment experience is desirable.If you are available and interested, please apply in the first instance and you will be contacted to ..... full job details .....
