HR Business Partner

You will be the primary point of contact for operational HR matters, ensuring an inclusive, people-centred service aligned to Cruse s values: kindness, inclusivity, ambition, and genuineness.You will support managers and staff across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to wellbeing to employee relations while driving improvements in HR processes, systems, and organisational culture.
