Multi Modal / Ocean & Air Coordinator-

We are working with a global multimodal freight forwarding company, based in Glasgow. On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an-Ocean & Air Coordinator / Freight Forwarding Coordinator-to join their Glasgow office.

This role would suit an experienced Ocean & Air Coordinator or Freight Forwarding Coordinator with hands-on exposure to air freight and ocean freight operations, looking to join a stable and reputable freight forward with a strong UK and international presence.

Role Overview:

The Ocean & Air Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating air freight and ocean freight import and export shipments from booking through to delivery. Working within a freight forwarding environment, you will liaise with carriers, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliant shipment movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinateair freight and ocean freight-import and export shipments
• Prepare, check, and process-Freight Forwarding documentation
• Ensure compliance with-customs, regulatory, and operational-requirements

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience as an-Ocean & Air Coordinator,-Freight Forwarder, or-Freight Forwarding Coordinator
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures
• Strong organisational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Exceptional Customer Service with strong follow-up skills

Salary & Package

• Salary range:28,000 - -35,000, dependent on experience
• Permanent role, Monday to Friday, office-based in Glasgow
