We''re looking for an Air Conditioning Install Engineer to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work across Hampshire.

If you''re currently installing split systems, VRVs and VRFs but feel like you''ve hit a ceiling, this is an opportunity to join a company that actively develops engineers into Lead Engineers and Supervisors.

The Role

You''ll be carrying out installations on a mixture of residential and commercial projects, working on:

• Split systems
• Multi-split systems
• VRV systems
• VRF systems

Workload split:

• 70% residential
• 30% commercial

You''ll also occasionally assist with:

• Planned maintenance
• Fault finding
• Repair work

What We''re Looking For

• F-Gas Category 1
• Proven air conditioning installation experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications (desirable)
• Professional attitude and customer-facing skills
