We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join the team from September on a full-time basis.About the Role: As the Year 6 Class Teacher, you will play a key role in preparing pupils for the transition to secondary school, with a particular focus on SATs preparation. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, tracking progress, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential in a calm and engaging learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculumPrepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments (SATs) with confidence and structureAssess and monitor pupil progress regularly and provide effective feedbackCreate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learnersCommunicate effectively with parents, carers, and staff to support student developmentContribute to the wider school community and participate in staff meetings and CPDEssential Experience and Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience teaching in a Year 6 classStrong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs preparationProven ability to raise attainment and manage behaviour effectivelyQTS (Qualified Teacher
