This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid foundational experience who is eager to develop their skills and grow within a modern, cloud-based data environment.Working alongside senior engineers and analysts, the successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of scalable data solutions while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies.The role will involve:Supporting the development and maintenance of cloud-based data pipelinesAssisting in the design and optimisation of data models and architecturesWorking with analytics teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data outputsContributing to best practices in data governance and engineering standardsThe successful candidate will ideally have:Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Snowflake)Exposure to Databricks or similar modern data processing toolsWorking knowledge of SQL and some experience with PythonAn understanding of data warehousing conceptsA strong desire to learn, develop, and progress within a data engineering careerImportantly, given the level of this role, our client is open to candidates who may not tick every box.
