The Role As a Maths Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to pupils with SEMH needs Support students who may display challenging behaviour or have experienced barriers to mainstream education Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress Create a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment Work collaboratively with pastoral teams, support staff and senior leaders Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning and emotional needs The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent Has experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 Experience within SEMH, SEND, PRU or alternative provision settings is highly desirable Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills Patient, resilient and passionate about making a difference Able to inspire and motivate pupils who may be disengaged from education What Now Education Offers Competitive daily rates Ongoing support from
