Experienced Workplace Adjustments Lead required for an Enterprise Technology client to support the global rollout and management of a workplace adjustments service internationally as part of an existing team, within the HR function.

The role focuses on ensuring employees have access to fair and reasonable workplace adjustments, promoting disability inclusion, accessibility and an inclusive working environment.

Requirements

Experience in disability inclusion, workplace adjustments, accessibility or HR services, including recruitment supporting global HR initiatives, reasonable adjustment programmes or workplace accessibility projects.

Understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion principles.

Project management, stakeholder engagement and internal customer service track record.

Experience within HR, talent acquisition or talent management environments.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and expansion of workplace adjustment services across international locations.

Manage employee adjustment requests, ensuring efficient and consistent processes.

Engage with HR, management teams, suppliers and key stakeholders.

Maintain service portals, FAQs, communications and support channels.

Promote disability awareness, accessibility and inclusive workplace practices.

Ensure alignment with disability inclusion best practices and local requirements.
