Business Support Administrator Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to join a growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting customers and internal teams, and ensuring the smooth processing of orders from enquiry through to delivery. Working closely with the Sales, Production, Procurement and Logistics teams, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst providing vital administrative support across the business. Day-to-day of the role: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is entered correctly onto internal systems. Prepare and issue customer quotations, sales order confirmations, and supporting documentation. Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email. Provide customers with order updates, lead times, and delivery information. Liaise with internal departments including Production, Procurement, Quality and Logistics to ensure customer requirements are met. Monitor order progress and proactively communicate any delays or issues. Maintain accurate customer records and pricing information within CRM and ERP systems.
