As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a dedicated Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join their dynamic team.As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:Electrical Maintenance: Conducting routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, including PLCs, VSDs, and control panels.Mechanical Support: Assisting with mechanical maintenance tasks such as conveyors, pumps, and pneumatic systems.Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and rectifying faults promptly to minimise downtime.Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to health, safety, and food safety standards.To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certification is highly desirable.Experience: Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within an FMCG/Food or industrial setting.Skills: Strong fault-finding abilities, with a proactive approach to maintenance.Shift PatternThis role operates on a 3-shift rotation
