Ref: (phone number removed) Location: Manchester M13 Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Pay: £500 per day paid weekly via umbrella inside IR35 Duration: Ongoing Contract Long Term Duties As the Technical Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring continued absolute engineering compliance, safety, and operational efficiency. Working for a major UK facilities management provider, you will act as the technical authority on site alongside the maintenance provider, bridging the gap between maintenance operations and long-term asset lifecycle management. This role would be ideally suited to someone who has worked within a challenging PFI environment, has an eye for detail and enjoys unpicking installed assets and systems, understanding compliance, system, design and asset replacement. Noting that this is not a project management role. Your dual focus will be monitoring and reviewing maintenance compliance (statutory and HTMs) and providing expert technical support to a dedicated team of in house Lifecycle Project Managers to ensure major capital replacement works are executed compliantly and seamlessly.
