This is a site-based role focused on improving asset reliability, reducing downtime, and driving long-term maintenance effectiveness. The role combines hands-on engineering support with proactive reliability engineering, making it ideal for an experienced engineer looking to influence asset strategy while remaining technically involved.Performance ObjectivesSupport and implement Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programmesAnalyse asset and maintenance data to identify reliability risks and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and monitor KPIs including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance effectivenessConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on recurring failuresCarry out Asset Care Assessments to identify gaps and risks within existing maintenance strategiesSupport condition monitoring activities such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysisDrive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt new reliability technologiesWork closely with maintenance and operations teams to embed best practicesProvide technical coaching and support to site-based engineering teamsPerson SpecificationMinimum 5 years'' experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering rolesStrong knowledge of RCM, PdM, RCA, FMEA, a
