Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Denham

Salary: Up to -85,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Our client, a leading M&E contractor, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on HS2 C1, based in Denham. This is a permanent opportunity working on one of the UK''s largest infrastructure programmes.

The Role:

• Manage the full commercial cycle on M&E packages within the HS2 C1 works, including procurement, cost control, and reporting
• Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events, early warnings, and change control
• Produce monthly CVRs, cost forecasts, and support programme-wide commercial reporting
• Manage subcontract accounts through to final account settlement
• Work closely with the project delivery team to protect margin and identify commercial risk and opportunity

About You:

• MEP/M&E commercial background preferred; candidates with a solid NEC and infrastructure background will also be considered
• Strong working knowledge of NEC3/4 contract administration
• Experience on major infrastructure or rail programmes advantageous
• SC Clearance desirable (or willingness to obtain)
