Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, this role plays a key part in providing operational health and safety support, advice and assurance across the business, helping to maintain high standards of safety and compliance. The successful candidate will primarily support Clarion Response, one of the largest operational areas within the organisation, providing health and safety guidance and assurance to a workforce of around 800 operatives delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services to residents every day. This is an excellent opportunity to influence safety culture and performance at scale while supporting a diverse range of operational activities. The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate (or equivalent) and possess a strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation. They will have experience applying health and safety principles within a responsive repairs, maintenance, housing, property services or similar operational environment and be confident supporting a field-based workforce.
