:-Have excellent craft skills and some bakery skills/experienceHave experience of and be competent in managing allergensHave a proven track record of continually improving standardsHave good communication skills at all levelsBe passionate about food with a great eye for detailHave the ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books

The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
