What You''ll Be Doing

You''ll lead every aspect of the home''s journey from registration through to a successful and thriving service.

This includes:

• Securing Ofsted registration
• Recruiting and developing a high-quality staff team
• Creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment for young people
• Building relationships with local authorities and commissioners
• Driving occupancy
• Ensuring outstanding safeguarding standards
• Managing budgets, staffing and overall performance
• Leading the home towards a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating

Who we''re Looking For

You may already be a Registered Manager looking for a fresh challenge.

Or you could be an experienced Deputy Manager who knows they''re ready for their first registration.

Either way, you''ll need:

• Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or be close to completion)
• Strong knowledge of Children''s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Experience supporting young people with EBD
• A proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge
• Ambition, resilience and a genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes
