Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: AshfordJob Type: Full time/permanentHours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (08:00 - 16:00 would also be considered)Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)Job Summary:As a HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in managing HR operations, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes. Serving as a generalist HR expert, you will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Implement and monitor performance management programs to drive high performance.Nurture a positive working environment and develop employee engagement initiatives.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal systems.Maintain and enhance company policies and procedures, ensuring they remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.Provide support and guidance to hiring managers, ensuring they are equipped to manage their roles effectively.Oversee and implement employee development programs and training.Analyse HR metrics and trends to develop data-driven strategies for improvement.Oversee the small health and safety team, ensuring 100% compliance.
