BIM Coordinator (M&E) - Contract

Central London

-300.00 per day (Inside IR35)

Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong M&E background to join their busy project team on an ongoing contract based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BIM models for MEP services across live projects
• Manage and federate models using Revit and Navisworks
• Clash detection and issue resolution with design and site teams
• Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements are met
• Liaise closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, ideally within M&E
• Strong Revit MEP and Navisworks experience
• Good understanding of BIM Level 2 standards
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced office environment
• Available to work in the office five days per week

Long term, ongoing contract within a central London location and immediate start.
