Our client, a leading FMCG company, is on the hunt for a talented individual to join their successful and well-established team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will report directly to the Site Engineering Manager, overseeing a high-performing Engineering Maintenance team. Your mission will be to foster a strong team culture while ensuring maximum plant availability through a well-developed and executed maintenance strategy. Standard hours are 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is key, as you may need to work weekends, nights, and Bank Holidays to fulfil your duties effectively. In return you can expect a starting salary of circa 60,000 - 70,000 per annum DOE + Benefits package and potential relocation package, if required.
