The team advises a diverse client base across the UK and internationally and is known for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused employment law advice.This role is suited to a Solicitor with 2+ years'' PQE who is looking to build on their experience within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.The RoleYou will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:Employment tribunal litigation, including drafting ET3s, preparing witness statements and advocacyAdvising clients on day-to-day HR and employee relations mattersDrafting, reviewing and updating employment contracts, policies and proceduresNegotiating and drafting settlement agreementsProviding employment law support on corporate and commercial transactionsAssisting with and delivering client training sessionsThere is also scope to contribute to business development activity and, for those with an interest, to develop a specialism in immigration over time.About YouThe firm is keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:2+ years'' post-qualification experience in employment law within a commercial firmExperience managing a varied caseload across advisory and tribunal mattersStrong written and verbal communication skillsA practical, client-focused and solutions-driven approachAbility to work collaborativ
