The Role You''ll act as the primary SQL and reporting specialist, ensuring data flows smoothly and supporting colleagues during a period of operational pressure and organisational change. Key Responsibilities 1. SQL and Reporting (core focus) Write advanced SQL queries, views and stored procedures Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel, internal tools, some Power BI) Work with datasets across care, operations and fundraising Troubleshoot data issues and support colleagues on SQL 2. Technical Ownership Serve as the main SQL/reporting point of contact Prioritise tasks alongside the Senior Analyst Maintain consistent reporting during a major system rollout 3.
