We are looking for two motivated Protection Advisors to join a successful and growing financial services organisation in Colchester.You will be responsible for:Speaking with clients and undertaking in-depth reviews of their financial / protection circumstancesAnalyse information and prepare plans best suited to individual client requirementsKeep up to date with the marketplace, new legislation and products etcHelp clients make informed decisionsExperience:Candidates need to come from a financial services / banking / insurance background and have experience of offering advice or selling protection / insurance / mortgage based products.Ideally candidates will be professionally qualified, although not essential.You will be highly motivated and able to thrive in a busy environment.In return candidates can expect to receive a competitive basic salary of £25-30k as well as an excellent commission structure
