We''re recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician for an established and well-run used car dealership with an excellent reputation for supplying quality vehicles at competitive prices.

Based at their preparation centre in Dover, you''ll work on a range of modern vehicles from multiple manufacturers, carrying out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs to ensure vehicles are ready for sale.

All vehicles are owned by the business, are under seven years old, and there is no customer interaction. You can focus on what you do best: working on cars.

• -32,00039,000 basic salary, depending on experience

• Monday to Friday working pattern - no weekends

• No bonus schemes or targets to chase

• No customer-facing responsibilities

• Work on a variety of modern vehicles across multiple brands

• Carrying out routine servicing and vehicle maintenance

• Completing mechanical work on tyres, brakes, batteries and suspension

• Undertaking oil and fluid changes

• Inspecting vehicles and identifying any additional mechanical issues

• Carrying out repairs to ensure vehicles meet the required standards

• Preparing vehicles for sale in a busy workshop environment

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency

• A fully qualified Vehicle Technician, ideally NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

• Alternatively, a Level 2 qualified Technician with substantial hands-on experience

• Strong all-round mechanical and servicing skills

• Experience working across multiple vehicle manufacturers

• Confident working independently in a busy workshop

• A reliable, professional approach with pride in the quality of your work
