Specification Sales Engineer - Midlands
I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Engineer with experience of Specification Sales to Electrical Contractors involved in Power TandD, Renewables and Energy Infrastructure projectsYOUR OPPORTUNITY This is a full-time remote role covering the Midlands area. Working with new and existing customers who manage Energy and Infrsatructure projects you will be speaking to engineers, projevct managers and procurement teams to identify relevant opportunities and ensure that your equipment is selected. You will be responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships, coordinating sales activities, managing sales quotas, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also support the tendering team and follow up leads provided by the service engineers and internal sales teams, attend networking events and trade shows as well as carrying out product demonstrations when appropriateYOUR SKILLS To succeed in this role you will ideally have experience selling specialist equipment to HV / Electrical Contracting companies with experience of Switchgear, Controls and Automation, Cabling or Electrical equipment sales ideal. You will need strong sales and negotiation skills, experience in B2B sales within an electrical engineering environment and the ability to identify and establish new business opportunities.
