This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in supported housing, homelessness services or intensive housing management who is passionate about helping individuals maintain their accommodation and develop greater independence. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective housing management services to residents within short-term accommodation, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard whilst supporting individuals to sustain their tenancies and move towards independent living. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver intensive housing management services to residents within short-term supported accommodation.Support residents with tenancy sustainment, housing-related needs and planned move-on arrangements.Manage rent accounts, monitor payments and assist residents with housing benefit claims.Conduct regular property inspections, identifying repairs, maintenance requirements and health and safety concerns.Manage anti-social behaviour (ASB) incidents, enforce occupancy agreements and maintain accurate records.Complete housing risk assessments, tenancy sustainment plans and regular resident reviews.Support new ..... full job details .....
