We are seeking an experienced and pro-active Site Supply Chain Manager to lead and develop the supply chain function within a manufacturing environment. Working closely with local and Group functions, you will develop effective site-level supply chain operations, playing a leading role in change and transformation, process implementation and continuous improvement, using data and insight to improve performance and build a high-performing supply chain organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Site Supply Chain function, managing, developing and coaching the team while building strong collaborative relationships across Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Logistics and Group functions.Lead and own the SandOE and SandOP processes, balancing global demand with site capacity, identifying risks and opportunities, developing scenarios and ensuring timely escalation and resolution of supply constraints.Drive change, transformation and continuous improvement, implementing robust supply chain processes, improving ERP utilisation, enhancing planning capability and delivering measurable improvements in customer service, inventory, working capital and operational performance.Own supply chain performance and KPIs, including forecast accuracy, production plan attainment and adherence, inventory, obsolescence and customer service, using data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and drive action.Manage supply, inventory and working capital, ensuring effective stock ..... full job details .....
