Hours: 37 hours per week - Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 15:30 and Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

We are looking for an orgasnised Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary basis.
Working for a local housing provider you will be working within a key role supporting the repair cases and helping to reduce missed appointments and improve the overall service provided to customers. You will work closely with a range of internal departments, ensuring cases are managed accurately, efficiently and from start to finish.

 
Key Responsibilities

- Process no-access repair cases f
- Work closely with teams including Customer Services, Enforcement, Housing and Planning.
- Provide general administrative support to the Planning team.
- Investigate booking issues and help find suitable resolutions.
- Keep up to date with internal systems, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Produce daily reports
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues re
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good customer service experience.
- Confidence in having professional conversations with customers regarding access for repairs
- Experience using IT systems and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Teams.
