This is a hands-on technical role requiring SC-cleared professionals who can work on-site and follow structured processes to ensure smooth device refresh operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics and Clinic SetupPrepare the Refresh Clinic workspace for device migration activities.Relocate devices from on-site storage to the Refresh ClinicTechnical Support and AdministrationPerform system logins on devicesUpdate the workflow management system accurately at each stage of the refresh process.Refresh laptops and escalate issues to the Post Migration Technical Support SpecialistSecurity and Stock ControlAssist with manual daily stock checks and report findings promptly.Ensure all devices are securely stored at the end of each day.RequirementsActive SC Clearance (mandatory - applications without this will not be considered).Experience in Technical Support or device migration projects.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.Good communication and teamwork skills.Application ProcessPlease apply with your most up-to-date CV.
